Voltari Digital

Service 02

AI that does a job, not a demo.

Voice receptionists, workflow agents and AI integrations wired into your existing stack. Built to recover missed calls, cut admin time, and replace the tools that almost work.

What it is

What it is

Productionised AI for operators. The voice receptionist that picks up after hours and books the patient straight into Cliniko. The intake agent that qualifies the lead before it hits the sales rep. The workflow agent that drafts the quote, the invoice, the follow-up.

Most AI work we see in market is a chatbot in the corner of a website, a script in a slide deck, or a six-figure consulting engagement that delivers a PDF. None of that ships. We build the version that ships, then we wire it into the systems where your business actually runs.

Recepta AI is the productised receptionist Voltari built for dental, salon and trade businesses. The same engineering goes into custom AI integrations for operators who need something specific to their workflow.

Who it's for

Who it suits

AI Solutions land hardest in businesses where the phone rings and the admin queue is long.

  • 01

    The clinic missing after-hours bookings

Dental, medical, vet, allied health. Ninety percent of after-hours calls go to voicemail, most never call back. The bookings recovered in week one usually clear the monthly cost of the receptionist.

  • 02

The trade missing the next job

Plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, mobile mechanics. The job goes to whoever picks up first. A voice agent that answers on the second ring and dispatches an urgent call to a staff mobile turns missed calls into booked work.

  • 03

The retail or hospitality operator on the phone all day

Bottle shops, restaurants, hotels. Most inbound calls are five repeat questions. An AI agent handles the routine queries, the staff focus on the floor and the customers in front of them.

  • 04

    The operator drowning in admin

You are not missing calls, you are buried in intake forms, follow-up emails and quote drafting. A workflow agent that handles the repeatable steps in your existing stack frees the team up for the work that needs a person.

How we ship it

How we ship it

AI work fails when it is treated like a science project. We run it like a build, with a date on the wall and a definition of done.

  1. 01

    Phone log or workflow audit

For a voice receptionist we go through a week of your phone logs and tag every call. For a workflow agent we map the actual sequence of clicks and tabs your team works through today. Real data, not a vendor template.

  2. 02

    Scope and integration plan

Written scope covering the call flows or workflow steps the AI will handle, the systems it integrates with, the escalation rules for anything it should not handle, and the monthly cost ceiling. Signed off before any build.

  3. 03

Pilot on a parallel line or sandbox

For phone work we stand the agent up on a parallel number first so you can stress test it without risk to your main line. For workflow agents we run on a sandbox environment with real data and a human in the loop. Two weeks of supervised use before cutover.

  4. 04

    Cutover and measure

Live cutover on the agreed date with weekly recovery and quality reports for the first month. You see the recovered bookings, the calls escalated, the conversations the agent handled cleanly, and the ones it did not. The data settles whether to extend or unwind.

Engagement

Engagement and pricing

Productised voice receptionists run on a low monthly subscription with no upfront, on the Recepta side of the house. Custom AI integrations and workflow agents run on the Voltari Operator tier, which covers the upfront build and a managed monthly that includes model usage. Multi-location or genuinely bespoke flows sit on the Fractional CTO retainer for the architecture work.

Common questions

Questions about ai solutions.

Is this just a chatbot with a phone number?
No. A chatbot reads from a static FAQ. The receptionists we ship read live calendar availability, live stock, live CRM data and book or escalate based on real context. The difference shows up the first time a caller asks something the script does not cover and the agent handles it anyway.
How natural does the voice actually sound in 2026?
Callers can usually tell it is AI in the first sentence, and they keep talking anyway. The voice quality crossed the credibility line about eighteen months ago. Friction to keep the conversation going is now lower than friction to hang up and try the next business, which is the whole game.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Every flow has a defined escalation. Out-of-scope questions, emergencies, anything ambiguous, the agent transfers or texts a staff mobile with a summary. The agent never invents answers, it routes the call. That rule is hard-coded, not a setting.
Do you integrate with our booking system?
Cliniko, Dentally, Calendly, Square, Fresha, custom calendars over API. If the system has a documented API, we wire it in. If it does not, we scope the workaround. The receptionist is only useful if it can actually book something, so this is non-negotiable.
Who owns the call data and recordings?
You do. Every conversation is logged to your CRM or a system you control, exportable, and deletable. We do not hold your customer data hostage on our infrastructure. That is in the contract.
What does it cost to run after the build?
Productised receptionist subscriptions sit in the low hundreds per month all-in. Custom workflow agents vary by model usage, typically one to four hundred a month in API costs depending on volume. Both have a written cost ceiling so the bill never surprises you.
Can I try it before committing for twelve months?
Yes, and you should. Standard terms are month-to-month or quarterly. Anyone asking for twelve months upfront on AI tooling in 2026 is hedging against their own churn. A two-week pilot on a parallel line settles the value question better than any deck.
What industries does this work best in?
Strongest fit is dental and medical clinics, plumbers and electricians, locksmiths, bottle shops, vets, hair and beauty, mobile mechanics. Weaker fit is bespoke consulting and high-touch advisory where the first call is the product. The test is the phone log, not the industry name.

Run the phone log. Do the maths.

Send us a week of your call volume and average customer value, and you will get a written break-even number back the same week. No call required.
