Voltari Digital Pty Ltd (we, us, our) is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what choices you have. It aligns with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
We collect the minimum personal information needed to deliver our services and respond to enquiries.
- Name, business name, email address and phone number when you submit a brief through our contact form.
- Project details and scope information you share with us during discovery.
- Server logs containing IP address, browser type, and pages visited, retained for thirty days for security monitoring.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies, currently limited to Vercel anonymous performance analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, deliver services you have engaged us for, send relevant project updates and invoices, and meet our legal obligations (BAS, tax, record-keeping).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use it to train AI models. When we use third-party tools to deliver services to you (hosting, email, accounting), those providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and we list them on request.
How we store it
Data is stored on Australian or US-region servers operated by Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments) and Xero (accounting). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and we apply role-based access controls internally.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Engagement records are retained for seven years to meet Australian tax law requirements. Server logs are retained for thirty days.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations), and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@voltaridigital.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Children
Our services are not directed at people under sixteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Cookies
We use Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not set tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or other behavioural advertising tools at the time of this policy. If that changes we will update this section and notify users via the site.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a revision note.
