Acceptable use policy

Voltari Digital Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia. Last updated 4 June 2026.

This policy applies to any service that Voltari Digital Pty Ltd hosts, builds, maintains or operates on your behalf. By engaging us you agree to follow this policy. The goal is straightforward: keep our shared infrastructure clean, legal, and unblocked for every client.

What you must not do

You agree not to use any Voltari-delivered service to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or scraped contact lists.
  • Host or distribute malware, phishing pages, adware, or any code designed to compromise other systems.
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining, including unauthorised browser-based mining of visitor devices.
  • Distribute child sexual abuse material or any content depicting minors in sexual contexts.
  • Distribute content that incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination based on protected attributes.
  • Operate gambling, payday lending, or any service prohibited under Australian law.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, including hosting pirated software, music or video without licence.
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or any active reconnaissance against systems you do not own.
  • Process payment card data outside a PCI-compliant gateway we have agreed to support.
  • Store unencrypted credentials, API keys or personal information in any repository or environment Voltari Digital manages on your behalf.

Email sending

If your engagement includes email delivery, you must maintain a complaint rate below zero point one percent and a bounce rate below five percent. You must honour unsubscribe requests within ten days. Voltari Digital may pause email delivery if your account is flagged by Resend, AWS SES, or any other downstream email provider, until the underlying issue is resolved.

Performance and resources

Hosted services are sized for the workload described in the proposal. Significant traffic increases (more than three times baseline sustained for over twenty-four hours) may trigger a scaling conversation and an updated hosting fee. We will always discuss before billing changes apply.

Reporting abuse

If you become aware of any breach of this policy on a Voltari-managed service, report it to abuse@voltaridigital.com. We will acknowledge within one business day and investigate within seventy-two hours.

Consequences of breach

Breach of this policy may result in suspension of the service while we investigate, removal of offending content, or termination of the engagement. For severe or repeated breaches, we may also report to law enforcement. We will always notify you in writing before taking any action that affects your service, except where immediate action is required by law.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the threat landscape and our infrastructure evolve. Updates apply to all active engagements thirty days after publication.
