We do not provide tax advice, decide GST treatment, prepare or lodge BAS or tax returns, run payroll compliance, or provide audit or assurance services. Your accountant reviews the records and makes the accounting and tax decisions.
Where work requires a registered professional, it stays with your appointed provider. A later review does not turn regulated work into an admin task.

Every package is a one-off job. Send readable digital statements or exports; we confirm the scope, file suitability and delivery date before payment. There is no monthly fee.

- Wave 1: your first pack. We organise your records and flag anything unclear instead of guessing.
- Your answers. You clarify descriptions, missing records and the categories you or your accountant want used.
- Wave 2: the revised pack. We apply your answers and show what changed. Detailed breakdown and Accountant-ready pack also include a third delivery wave if needed.
Clean spreadsheet includes one revision round. The other packages include two. Send consolidated answers within 30 days of the first delivery. Corrections to our own errors do not use up your included rounds.
Package limits, extra work and what we need
One transaction is one line on a bank or card statement. Duplicates are flagged, not charged twice. Account and period limits apply alongside transaction limits. For the Accountant-ready pack, one supporting document is one receipt, invoice or credit note up to 5 pages.
Summary and detail worksheets are supplied as an Excel workbook. Totals are checked against the supplied data; any mismatch remains clearly flagged. Categories follow instructions you or your accountant provide, not our judgement on tax or deductibility.
Included revisions clarify or correct the original agreed records and layout. New periods, extra transactions, a new business, additional analysis or further delivery waves need a separately approved fixed price. No automatic extra charges.
Paper scanning, unreadable files, bookkeeping-software entry and specialist integrations are not included. Missing records can delay delivery. Accounting packages are booked separately and do not currently participate in the online bundle calculator.

Are you replacing my accountant?
No. We organise the records that your accountant needs. Their advice, tax decisions, reporting and lodgements remain with them.
Can you help if I am months behind?
Yes. Tell us the period and approximate record volume. We scope a one-off catch-up, flag missing information and agree a realistic delivery date before work begins.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Every package is a one-off payment for the agreed records. Come back when you need another period prepared; there is no subscription or ongoing commitment.
Can you work with my accountant’s format?
Yes. Share their document checklist or preferred folder structure. We agree what the handover includes before starting; any direct communication or transfer needs your permission.
Should I send my bank login or tax file number?
No. Do not send passwords, bank credentials, card details or tax file numbers through this website or an enquiry email. We agree an appropriate document-transfer method and access permissions before collecting records.
How much does it cost?
Clean spreadsheet is $99, Detailed breakdown is $199 and Accountant-ready pack is $349. All are one-off prices in AUD including GST. Package limits and revision rounds are shown above; extra work needs your approval.
What happens if you need more information?
We send a first pack with a clear list of questions. You provide consolidated answers and we update the pack. Clean spreadsheet includes one revision round; Detailed breakdown and Accountant-ready pack include two, allowing up to three delivery waves. We keep unresolved items flagged for your accountant.
Where do you work?
We are Melbourne-based and can provide remote record organisation for businesses elsewhere. Your local accountant remains responsible for the accounting and tax rules that apply to you.
